- Initial Consultation and Introduction
The first stage is all about getting to know your needs and desires. We’ll have an in-depth
discussion about your project, gather your ideas and create a rough floor plan. We’ll also go over materials, appliances, and any specific work requirements. Based on this information, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote. - Design and Production
In the second stage, our expert team will bring your vision to life. We’ll develop a comprehensive design for your furniture, considering your initial thoughts and project brief. Upon your approval, we’ll require a 50% deposit (excluding installation costs) to start work in our professionally equipped workshop. - Inspection and Delivery
Once your cabinets are ready, you have the option to inspect them in our workshop before delivery or communicate with us through email and photos. If you’re satisfied with the progress, we’ll arrange for a convenient delivery date and charge the remaining 50% of the agreed contract fee for production. - Installation and Warranty
The final stage involves the installation of your manufactured cabinets. You can choose to have our expert team handle the installation, or you can opt for an independent or self-fitting service. While we recommend our professional installation, we’re here to assist you if you decide to take on the task yourself.
If you choose our installation service, we will provide the necessary gas and electric certifications and offer you a warranty. The length of the warranty can vary, ranging from 25 years (for laminate MFC or MDF boards) to a lifetime warranty, depending on the materials you select (such as solid oak or HDF painted boards). Our cabinets come with standard features like soft-closing hinges and runners, and a lifetime warranty is included on Blum hinges. At every step of the way, we ensure that your project flows seamlessly and that you receive the best in bespoke furniture for your needs.
